Alabama Traffic Net "Mike" Preamble

Calling all members of the Alabama Traffic Net “Mike” This is (CallSign) located in (county) county, my name is (name). I’ll be your net control station for this session. 
 
The Alabama Traffic Net “Mike” is in liaison with the Alabama Emergency Net System, the National Traffic System and the RRI. 
 
The “ATNM” meets daily on 3965 at 1830 hours central time for the purpose of training its members to be more proficient during emergency situations and in handling traffic. 
 
PLEASE TUNE TO NET CONTROL'S FREQUENCY. This is a directed net. 
(If needed, make arrangements for a relay station(s).) 
 
Traffic will be listed before roll call and will be passed on frequency at the discretion of net control. 
 
At the conclusion of the Alabama Roll Call, out-of-state stations will be called by state. A stand-by will be taken for late stations to participate after the roll call is completed. 
 
Stations desiring to participate must give call signs to be acknowledged
 
This is (CallSign) standing by for any station with emergency or priority traffic.  
(Always pass emergency or priority traffic immediately)

Are there any mobile or portable stations desiring to check in? 
 
Do we have stations going to Section, Region, MARS or other Traffic Nets? 
(ARRANGE FOR A DESIGNATED SECTION NET LIASON STATION TO REMAIN ON FREQUENCY AS LONG AS POSSIBLE) 
 
Do we have any stations desiring to list formal WRITTEN traffic? 
(PASS TRAFFIC GOING OUT OF STATE FIRST) 
 
Do we have any stations with Informal Traffic? 
(Make arrangements to move off frequency or wait until after the net) 
 
Stations who are unable to wait for their proper time and place during roll call to check in may secure now, do not break the net to secure early. 
I will take a short standby for stations who need to secure at this time.
